This is a practical, experience-based conversation about how organizations evolve as they grow, and how to navigate that transition more intentionally.

We’ll cover building new systems, clarifying priorities, and strengthening culture during growth. The goal is to give you useful insights you can apply in your own organization—whether you’re preparing for growth or already in the middle of it.
