This interactive session explores what it means to lead with presence in mission-driven organizations. Participants will examine how self-doubt, imposter narratives, and shrinking behaviors can limit effectiveness and learn practical strategies for communicating with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Through reflection, discussion, and skill-building exercises, participants will identify the unique experiences and perspectives they bring to their organizations and develop tools to increase visibility, strengthen their voice, and contribute more effectively to their mission.
