To enroll in medical insurance, nonprofits must have at least two W-2 employees working 20 hours or more per week. Vision, dental and life insurances require at least one W-2 employee working at least 20 hours per week. (Board members, contract employees and volunteers are not eligible.)

*Due to state regulations, VitalHealth cannot offer medical insurance to Maryland nonprofits with less than 50 employees. However, our licensed broker can assist you in finding medical coverage.
