Learn about resetting your nervous system, reducing stress and building lasting habits that sharpen focus and protect your energy.
Centered on the science of stress, stress reactions and emotional wellness, this 90-minute workshop includes an introduction to neurobiology, recognizing signs of increasing negative stress and ways it can impact life and work performance.
The course focuses on practices to decrease stress by identifying and addressing stressors, applying resilience and mitigation techniques. It is designed to establish a foundation and build the participants practice of emotional fortitude for themselves, their peers and clients.

Mental Health Tune Up Challenge!
Congratulations to Laura Wilson from Valley Programing for Aging, Luisa Moss from Temple Rodef Shalom, Michanda Myles DC Bar Foundation, for winning the 6-week Mental Health Tune Up Challenge! Whether it was through meditation and breath work, chair yoga, or participating in our mental health talks, each of you brought dedication and positivity to the experience.
Winners for this challenge received gift cards to the Saje Natural Wellness online store to support their continued well-being. Thank you to all the members who attended as well—your presence, helped create a warm and encouraging environment that made this challenge meaningful.

Physical & Spiritual Wellbeing
At this in-person class, participants were led by Raguel Broy through the poses of Kemetic practice at a slow, intentional pace, ending the session with a Sound Bath. This immersive experience combined mindful movement, sound healing, and grounding voice work to offer deep restoration and connection.
