Nourished Being
Kaitlin Reid is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Public Health. Through her work as a holistic health
educator, she teaches how to build healthy habits from a place of empowerment and sustainability. Kaitlin aims to help people find their own unique path to health and joy by focusing on the mind, body and spirit.
With a background in public health, exercise science, sports nutrition, culinary arts and spiritual psychology, Kaitlin enjoys working with clients and professionals alike to expand the collective understanding and experience of what it means to live a healthy, balanced life.
Tracy Adams, LCSW—Grounding in Crisis: Mental Health First Step
with CBTI of Southern California
Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working as a psychotherapist in Southern California. She comes from a social work background and has a decade of experience in the mental health field. Tracy currently provides therapy to adult individuals in a private practice setting, focusing primarily on helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma and loss.
Tracy is passionate about teaching others effective tools for self-care, maintaining healthy relationships and setting healthy boundaries.

Step into a sanctuary where time slows down for a deeply refreshing, meditative guided walk. Unplug, breathe deep, and reconnect with yourself while uncovering the rich, living history of the land beneath your feet. Along the trails, you will move gently, pause to reflect, and share space with others using short writing prompts to anchor each moment.
Participants will:
- Apply simple mindfulness techniques to ground yourself in the present moment, even during high-pressure days
- Recognize how shifting your physical pace can shift your mental and emotional pace
- Use reflective writing and shared conversation to process thoughts and build connection with others
- Carry forward at least one practice for staying present amid a demanding schedule
