WEBINAR: Where is My Career Path Taking Me? And, Do I Want to Go There?

This workshop is designed for nonprofit senior executives to explore and discover “Where am I?”, “Who am I?” “Am I where I want to be?”, “Am I on the right path?”, “What’s next?” and “Am I ready?” The workshop will uncover your big career questions, move from confusion to clarity by walking through barriers, taking actions to develop strategies and tactics to move forward. Participants will walk away with a diagnostic assessment and a developmental framework to use on their journeys.
Participants need to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and do some digging. We will walk through exercises to uncover answers to your biggest questions and shed light on the barriers and obstacles they face and how to navigate through them. You’ll have an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the issues standing in the way of your professional fulfillment.

This is an experiential workshop guided by a professional nonprofit career coach who shares what she has confronted and gives advice on how to BE on your journey. Ginna Goodenow-Schirf has been a senior executive search consultant to nonprofits, and their leaders, that are in transition. She has extensive experience with nonprofits in the DC metro region as well as national and international nonprofits. She has participated in hundreds of nonprofit searches and lead professional clients through complex transitional changes. She has been in the DC area since 2002, living with her wife and children in Garrett Park, MD.
