Join us to create great strategic plans and goals for our board and funders. If you are an Executive Director and Senior Leadership in a mission-driven organization, this is the class for you. We often struggle with translating that plan into real results that support our missions and drive meaningful impact. This webinar will focus on creating systems for accountability to deliver results such as: breaking the strategic plan into annual/quarterly/monthly goals using OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for the org and team members, regular 1:1s best practices, effective use of leadership meetings to track and identify challenges, providing ongoing feedback (both positive and constructive), and tools for communication, team recognition and celebrating success.
Objectives:
- Creating OKRs for your organization for the upcoming quarter that focus on the most important deliverables and can be easily tracked and measured
- Implementing best practices for effective 1:1 meetings, including structuring agendas, setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Tips to provide direct feedback to team members to ensure peak performance. This will include tools such as Radical Candor and fostering two-way communication
