Session 1: Response to Ready: Opportunity and Crisis Management
Wednesday, May 28, 2025, 12:00-1:00pm EST
What does it take to make the right move at the right time? This session explores how organizations can navigate risk, assess opportunity, and act with purpose, not panic. From launching new initiatives to legal and structural pivots, we will look at how leaders can pause, plan, and proceed with clarity. Featuring a real-time case study with an executive director actively navigating these decisions.
Session 2: Lead with Language
Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 12:00-1:00pm EST
Once the decision is made, how you communicate it matters just as much. This session focuses on how to use language as a leadership tool both internally and externally. We will explore how to align voice, tone, and message with the moment and how to speak with clarity when the stakes are high.
Both sessions will utilize case studies and breakout rooms to enhance learning and provide opportunity for peer-to-peer connection.
Special thanks to MAEC and Maslansky + Partners!
Please note these sessions are FREE to attend but registration is required.
Don’t worry if you miss a session or join late! Registration is permitted throughout the duration of the series, and written materials will be shared from previous sessions.
