WEBINAR: Using Data to Guide Your Decisions, Even in a Crisis
October 8 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Faculty: Britt Hogue, Principal, The Collective Good
Develop techniques to transform your organizational culture into one that values information and leverages insights to maximize impact.
What does it mean to be a data-driven organization? Now more than ever, organizations across all sectors are faced with rapidly changing circumstances that require quick decisions and swift action. This workshop will introduce practical ways to build a culture that prioritizes knowledge and evidence as it manages for results. From strategic planning to daily decision making, we will discuss how data can become your organization’s second most valuable resource (people are always your first!). Through a real-time case study, participants will consider the questions teams should be asking during the most extraordinary of circumstances, and will begin to craft a plan for making data central to achieving outcomes and organizational success.
