Diversity is the most critical building block of an inclusive climate. True workplace diversity encompasses all the ways that make people different while considering commonalities. Fostering an inclusive environment that addresses each group’s priorities can be quite challenging for any organization. In this session, you will learn strategies to address unconscious bias, leverage an inclusive work culture that improves organizational results and the behaviors needed to be successful.
