WEBINAR: Work/Life Balance in a Digital World

April 21, 2021 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Faculty: Meico Whitlock, Founder and CEO, Mindful Techie

Course Objective: This highly-interactive course will teach you how to set priorities in order to live a more-balanced life.

You’re amazing at what you do. You’re deeply committed to what you do and to making the world a better place. But you’re consistently stressed out, exhausted, and feeling rushed. Your calendar is overloaded and you feel like you never have enough time. You’re torn between the work you love, spending quality time with loved ones, and feeling like you might be missing out on life. And to top it all off, you’re also overwhelmed by the barrage of e-mails, calls, texts, tweets, and meetings that consumer your daily life and seem to bring productivity to a screeching halt. But it’s time for a change. It’s time for you to break free from work-life imbalance and the chaos of digital distraction.

The class described above is intended to help participants:
• Uncover the real reason you’re overworked and overloaded by your technology and what you can do about it, including how to map out a clear vision for your life and work.
• How to set clear, achievable priorities: You have a million things on your to-do list, but how do you know what’s urgent vs. important? How do you carve out more quality time for your family and personal life?
• How to invest your time in ways that align with your vision and priorities before anything else, how to set up your calendar the right way, and how to guard your time against email, social media, and device distraction, and how to say yes and no the right way.
