Course Objective: Learn best practices for supporting nonprofit staff to increase efficiencies and workplace camaraderie.

Having a team that works for and with you – not against you or parallel to you – is critically important regardless of the size of your nonprofit staff. In order to love your work, you need to be able to work well together to balance productivity and camaraderie. This training includes an overview of best practices when managing staff as well as how to promote a culture in which coaching, communication and feedback are the cornerstones.
