Join your teammates in a 6-week virtual Mental Health Tune-Up and reset your mind, body and spirit. Engage in quick and impactful 25-minute Zoom sessions presented by Marino Wellness coaches—perfect for fitting into your busy day. Relieve stress, re-energize and refocus on self-care priorities.

Plus, get a chance to win prizes ($100, $50, and $25 e-gift cards to Saje Natural Wellness)! The more classes you join, the higher your chances to win. (To qualify, your first and last name must be displayed on Zoom, and you must complete each class attended.)

Mondays: Deep Breaths to Relieve Stress

This guided session is designed to help you manage stress and anxiety through calming meditation and focused breathwork. Learn how to relax your body and mind, creating a sense of peace and clarity.

Awaken flexibility while grounding your mind & body with chair yoga. With a focus on basic poses, this class is designed to gently stretch the body while increasing energy for a seamless transition back to work. All you need is a chair!

These mental health talks will cover the following subjects: Boundaries: What, Why and How; Let's Get Regulated: How Stress Impacts Emotions; Burnout Recovery & Prevention; Short & Sweet: Self Care for Busy Professionals; Friendships & Your Health; Rewrite Your Inner Voice: Journaling for Self-Compassion.

Physical & Spiritual Wellbeing

At this in-person class, participants were led by Raquel Broy through the poses of Kemetic practice at a slow, intentional pace, ending the session with a Sound Bath. This immersive experience combined mindful movement, sound healing, and grounding voice work to offer deep restoration and connection.
