Carla took on the role of social media maestro for the Center in early 2018 and is a truly invaluable member of our team. A self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, Carla recognized a need for skilled social media consultants and became an expert. She is creative, detail-focused and results-driven with the proven ability to support client needs while ensuring successful execution.
Carla’s diverse and impressive background includes serving as a scientist and subject matter expert (SME) in chemical and biological warfare detection and defense programs, with over 13 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs. Her experience includes providing program/project management, test and evaluation, analytical support and strategic planning to military agencies and small to medium size private companies.
