Tax Reform For Nonprofits: What We Know Now

The event is being offered by The Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
Many aspects of the new tax law took nonprofit organizations by surprise. This presentation will focus on provisions of the new tax law which most affect nonprofit organizations. This will include discussion of significant changes to the Unrelated Business Income Tax rules (and tax rate), taxation of certain fringe benefits, excise tax on highly compensated executives, and changes to the individual tax rules which may affect nonprofits. Areas that appear to require more guidance from the IRS will be identified, and there will be time for questions.
