Course Objective: Learn how best to bridge the gap between full-time staff and volunteers for your organization.

Volunteer managers will often need to be flexible in the approaches used to create good relations between staff and volunteers. In this interactive session, you will learn best practices and tips to strengthen your volunteer program and ensure a successful experience for all. After this session, you will be re-committed to supporting, enabling and celebrating volunteers and the staff that works with them.
