Executive Preparation Institute-Senior Management Cohort

 

 

Build a better nonprofit by making yourself a more effective leader. The Senior Management Cohort is a six-part course that focuses on leadership development. Designed for nonprofit professionals at the management and senior level, this Cohort welcomes individuals looking to enhance their leadership skills and take the next step into an executive role.

Participants will have a chance to listen to industry experts about all possible facets of nonprofit leadership. The program will be comprised of panel and group discussions, seminars, and guest speakers to ensure maximum learning. The class will convene one Friday per month for six months.

 

Senior Management Cohort participants will:

  • Learn from area nonprofit, government, and corporate experts around topics including nonprofit finances, budgeting and fundraising, board governance, leadership tips and tools, evaluations, and how to tell your story.
     
  • Gain insights into your own and others' leadership styles through DISC Assessment.
     
  • Have access to other professional development courses through the Center's education program that will maximize your learning. 
     
  • Be a member of a cohort of like-minded professionals in a safe place for robust discussions.

Preparing for the Year-End Audit

Come and learn some strategies for preparing workpapers that can be maintained throughout the year and make for less stressful audits.

4-Part Series: Raising Revenue with Quality Financial Statements
