Leaders of Color Career and Leadership Survey – please complete and share
The Baltimore-Washington Racial Diversity Collaborative, of which the Center is a lead member, is working to develop services and programs that increase access to executive, management and board positions in the nonprofit sector for leaders of color. The Collaborative is conducting a survey of leaders and managers of color about their experience seeking and obtaining leadership positions in the nonprofit sector. This input is intended to inform planning of a Regional Talent Connector.
