Paying with Credit Card
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Processing an Order
Applications to membership and donations to the Center submitted via the website are reviewed and processed within five business days of receipt. Applications received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Applicants which do not meet the eligibility requirements for membership will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
Membership to the Center is effective for one year. Member organizations have access to complete benefit information from their first day of joining. The Center does not make available full or partial refunds of membership dues.
Learning & Leadership Institute Payment & Cancellation Policies
The Center reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or limit the attendance of any workshop. If a program is canceled or rescheduled, registrants will receive at least 24–hours notice, if possible, and may elect to transfer a credit or receive a full refund. If you cannot attend a program, written notice must be received at least two (2) business days prior to the workshop. A full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee, will be given. Allow 2–4 weeks for refunds. If your cancellation is received less than two (2) business days prior to the workshop, no refund will be given. Alternatively, you may send a representative in your place.
Inclement Weather & Emergencies
The Center follows the announced policy for Federal Government employees as to office closure, and reserves the right to close its offices in any perceived emergency. If the Federal Government announces a delayed opening, Center classes will proceed with scheduled classes as announced.
