As Customer Service Associate for the Health Trust, Shanita provides world-class service to our members interacting with them daily; ensuring that each and every encounter is pleasant, as well as fulfilling to each of their specific needs. Shanita joins the Center with six years experience in human resources/office support. She was previously special assistant to the Chief Academic Office of Prince George’s County Schools, assisting with the implementation of programs and academies for secondary school reform. At the Center Shanita enjoys most being able to assist the many diverse organizations of the nonprofit sector that spend their time helping the communities they serve. When not at work, you can find Shanita spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, writing, and researching extraordinary vacationing spots.
