The program, which includes support in financial management and accounting (BOB Finance) and human resources (BOB HR), was developed in response to the expressed need throughout the nonprofit sector and designed to help nonprofit leaders maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their organizations. According to a 2009 survey of nonprofits across the region, 41% of nonprofits were not meeting their fundraising goals in the first half of the year. At the same time, nearly half had experienced an increase in demand for services.
BOB Finance is powered by Easy Office, a team of expert nonprofit finance professionals highly skilled in accounting software, including QuickBooks, and financial management and operational processes specifically designed for nonprofits.
