Gain awareness of your leadership style and learn to identify, diagnose, and resolve interpersonal behaviors that may be undermining your team or workgroup’s success. This course will focus on leadership styles as a tool to encourage dialogue, problem-solving, decision-making, and action planning. Success is measured through a combination of self-assessment, exploratory discussions, and feedback.
