Good Project Management: Preparing the Project Scope Statement

Course Objective: Gain an understanding of how to draft a project scope description, acceptance criteria, deliverables, exclusions, constraints and assumptions

A Project Scope Statement is the narrative description of a project, including major deliverables, project constraints and a description. This course will teach participants to draft a project charter, plan requirements gathering and identify stakeholders.  Each participant will leave with a project action plan (next steps with planning milestones).

Special Cost: $109 for Center members; $189 for all others. Includes a networking luncheon.
