Coaching Your Staff for Success

Having a Difficult Conversation

Planning Effective Meetings

Course Objective: Create a plan to produce effective meetings and enhance planning

With all the time spent in meetings, one would expect the meeting process to be near perfect—yet there seems to be a collective dysfunction in most meeting processes. Effective meetings begin with good planning, get better with active facilitation and troubleshooting, and continuously improve with reflective evaluation. Join us to learn how.
