Course Objective: Create a plan for setting and measuring achievable goals
Goal setting is an extremely powerful technique for accomplishment, but effective goal setting requires more than just writing down what we want to achieve. This session is designed to help participants formulate personal and professional goals using a five-step approach. Course topics include learning the five critical goal-setting criteria, assessing goal statements that are measurable and identifying obstacles that challenge the goals. Read more »
