The DC Children & Youth Investment Trust Corporation is seeking individuals to review grant proposals for the 2012 Summer Grant Competition. The Trust is looking for a diverse group of reviewers who reside in the DC metropolitan area and who are comfortable reading a large volume of material within a short timeframe. Legal Alert: New D.C. Corporation Code's Duty to Inform

Under the Nonprofit Code, an officer now has a duty to inform. This means that the officer must provide other officers and the Board of Directors with all the information they need to carry out their responsibilities. In order to help nonprofits understand exactly what this new duty to inform entails, the D.C.
