We have much to be thankful for: colleagues, board members and volunteers investing their time to strengthen nonprofits across Greater Washington and foster best practices in nonprofit management; foundation and corporate partners who help make the Center’s support for nearly 1,000 member nonprofits possible; and, at the heart of it all, our member nonprofits. Their work is the reason we’re here.

Our members provide jobs to more than 9000, contribute more than $1 billion to the economy annually and serve nearly 9 million in communities near and far. That’s a lot to be thankful for.

Center members, expect a call next week from a Center board or staff member with a personal thank you. Members of the community, look for blog posts, pictures and highlights from the great work of our members daily throughout the month of November.
